Returns
To keep in-line with regulations JK Auto Styling allows up to 14 days for you to return any unwanted or incorrectly ordered goods. The 14 day period begins from the day your order is delivered.
JK Auto Styling will only accept authorised returns. Any products sent back without authorisation will be declined or returned to the sender. After the 14 day period has passed, any return or exchange requests cannot be accepted.
Once your return has been accepted, it is the buyers responsibility to return their unwanted goods. We highly recommend using a tracked service with adequate insurance to avoid any possible issues such as; items getting lost or damaged. If an item gets lost or damaged in the return transit, JK Auto Styling will not be held responsible for this.
All goods being returned must come back in the same condition they were received. This means the item(s) should be in the original packaging in an unused condition so that they can be re-sold. If your product comes with fitting accessories such as adhesive tape, screws or trim tools, these must also be returned for your return to be accepted.
When your return arrives, it will be thoroughly inspected to ensure the above criteria is met. If the criteria is not met then your return may be rejected resulting in the item being sent back if requested and a refund not being issued.
Please note; shipping costs are non-refundable. If you have paid a shipping fee on your order, this will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Damaged/Defective Items
If any of your items arrive damaged, it is important that you notify us within 3 days so that the issue can be rectified and claims can be made with couriers. If your item arrives damaged, please get in touch via email: jkautostylingsales@gmail.com. Please provide your order number along with a detailed description of the damage to your item supported by:
- Images of the damage to the item(s)
- Images of the damaged packaging
- Image of the shipping label
These details could help us in a successful claim from the couriers.
If the above details are not provided within 3 days of receiving your order, your claim may be invalidated and a replacement or reimbursement may not be possible.
Please do not attempt to install damaged goods as this could cause further damage which may result in a claim being declined.
Refunds
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you wish to return your item and wait for it to be received and inspected, we can do this and organise the exchange once done so. If there is any difference to pay, your exchange will not be processed until payment has been made. If the exchange is of a lower value to the original order, a refund of the difference will be made to your original payment method.
International Orders
Orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom may incur additional restocking charges. If you would like to return an order and are not located within the UK, please get in touch for further details.
JK Auto Styling will not be held responsible for any additional charges that may occur such as customs or tax charges.
