How do I order a custom made light up door sill?
Please get in touch with our sales team who can help you choose your custom design and size. Before processing your order, we will provide you with a graphic to ensure you are happy with the design before it is manufactured.
How do I connect an LED door sill light?
If you are replacing an existing LED door sill, you can directly replace them with our custom made ones. All of our wired door sills come with a generic plug which, in some cases, may not be the same as your existing plug. In a case such as this you would need to remove the plug and re-wire the door sills manually. We recommend that manual wiring is carried out by an authorised professional.
If you do not have an existing LED door sill, you will need to wire into a circuit that receives power at the same time you want your LED door sills to illuminate. For example, an interior lighting circuit or puddle light would be ideal to connect to. Again, we recommend that any wiring work is carried out by an authorised professional.
At JK Auto Styling we also offer a range of wireless LED door sills that can be installed by anyone within a matter of minutes. Our wireless door sill lights feature a magnetic strip which means you can remove the door sills themselves for recharging when necessary. Wireless door sill lights are complete with a built in sensor that detects when the door is open or closed and automatically illuminates the door sill when the door opens. There is also a button which enables you to manually switch between different modes and colours.
