How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders are usually delivered within 7-14 working days however this can vary depending on your location and the product you are purchasing. Please see our full shipping policy for more details.
Which courier will deliver my order?
We use several delivery companies due to supplying both large and small products. Our main UK couriers are Royal Mail, ParcelForce, Evri and Yodel.
Why has my order been separated into several deliveries?
If you have ordered several products, we may send them separately for a couple of reasons. Firstly, some items have a faster processing time than others so we send each item as soon as possible to get your products delivered at the earliest possible time. Secondly, it is sometimes safer to package products individually to avoid breakages or possible damage.
How much is delivery in the UK?
We offer FREE DELIVERY to all UK customers.
How much is delivery to an address outside of the UK?
We offer FREE DELIVERY to most European countries however certain locations will incur a delivery cost. Please enter your shipping address at checkout to see the delivery cost to your location.
Can I upgrade the delivery time to get products quicker?
Due to despatching products from and to multiple locations, our shipping times can vary. If you are wondering if you can get an item quicker than the stated delivery time, please get in touch and provide us with your delivery details and we can work out a more accurate delivery time for you or see if we can upgrade to a faster service.
What if my order doesn't arrive on time?
If the timeframe shown on your order has passed and you have still not received your order, please contact us so we can look into the delivery details and see if we can get an update for you.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Yes, we offer a 14 day returns period allowing you to return your order if you have changed your mind. Please see our returns policy to ensure you have met the criteria before opening a return.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please be sure to take images of the box/packaging as well as the damaged product and shipping label. Please get in touch via email; jkautostylingsales@gmail.com and send the images along with your order number so we can work out the best resolution for you.
